  • 1-2 tablespoons butter (for grilling, use vegan butter for a fully plant-based option)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the bread: Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. This will give the sandwich a nice, golden crust when grilled. Use vegan butter for a plant-based version.
  2. Assemble the sandwich: Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium heat. Lay the cheese slices on top of the bread. Add a generous layer of Seeni Sambol, spreading it evenly over the cheese. Add another layer of cheese on top of the sambol for extra creaminess.
