Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread (your choice: sourdough, whole grain, or white)
- 2-3 slices of cheese (Nurrish Plant-Based Cheddar or any plant-based cheese, or non-plant-based cheese like cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2-3 tablespoons Seeni Sambol (adjust to taste)
- 1-2 tablespoons butter (for grilling, use vegan butter for a fully plant-based option)
Instructions:
- Prepare the bread: Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. This will give the sandwich a nice, golden crust when grilled. Use vegan butter for a plant-based version.
- Assemble the sandwich: Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium heat. Lay the cheese slices on top of the bread. Add a generous layer of Seeni Sambol, spreading it evenly over the cheese. Add another layer of cheese on top of the sambol for extra creaminess.
- Top it off: Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
