Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free shipping. We offer flat rate shipping of $10 on all orders.

Our fulfillment promise is that all orders are shipped within 2-Business days of approval! If an order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be fulfilled the following business day. Fulfillment time is the time required for our team to approve, process, package and have your order picked up by Canada Post or Flashbox. This is usually 1 business day.

You can change your delivery address from ‘Your Account’, under ‘Delivery details’. The option won’t be available if you have debt or credit on your account, a delivery on its way, or a pause on your orders. In these cases, ‘Your Account’ will direct you to send us a message on webchat. If you do not see the option to change your delivery address, please email us immediately. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you’ve received a shipping confirmation email, you will find a blue “track my order” button inside.


Shipping is $10 on all orders. 

We’ve partnered with Canada Post to ship our packages across Canada and Flashbox within the Greater Toronto Area.

At this time, we only ship within Canada.
