Directions:
1. Rinse rice. Optional: soak for 30 minutes to reduce cooking time. 2. Cook rice: In a pot, add 1 cup of Black Rice and 3-4 cups of water. Add salt to taste. Adjust water level as needed. 3. Boil for 40-50 minutes on medium heat until rice is tender or water is absorbed. If there’s excess water, drain, cover for 10 minutes.
