Returns:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any of our food products. Therefore, all sales are final.

Refunds:
Since we do not accept returns, we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@kaayafoods.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to address the issue.

Cancellation:
If you need to cancel an order that has been placed but not yet shipped, please contact us at hello@kaayafoods.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping:
We take great care to ensure that our products are packaged and shipped safely and efficiently. However, if you receive a damaged or spoiled product, please contact us at hello@kaayafoods.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to address the issue.
