Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all Ontario orders.
Orders outside of Ontario within Canada have a flat rate shipping fee of $15.
International orders are $18.
How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Our fulfillment promise is that all orders are shipped within 2-Business days of approval! If an order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be fulfilled the following business day. Fulfillment time is the time required for our team to approve, process, package and have your order picked up by Canada Post or Flashbox. This is usually 1 business day.
How do I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address from ‘Your Account’, under ‘Delivery details’. The option won’t be available if you have debt or credit on your account, a delivery on its way, or a pause on your orders. If you do not see the option to change your delivery address, please email us immediately.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you’ve received a shipping confirmation email, you will find a “track my order” button inside.
