Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread (your choice: sourdough, whole grain, or white)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- 2-3 tablespoons Seeni Sambol (adjust to taste)
- 1-2 tablespoons butter (for grilling)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the bread: Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. This will give the sandwich a nice, golden crust.
